Bad, I do not see any mention that any input from a Democrat has any input to these rules, or the election of any official.
There is also no mention of who is a democrat, whether a registered democrat in the county where they live, or something else.
Looks like a lot of rules that are making hard for democrats to have any input to the process.
Why not email Democrats in the state, if they opt in, to get announcements. Not all people read the local papers.
